Cider Tasting Options
No need to book at tasting at Taves Estate Cidery. Drop in anytime during our regular hours and choose from two flights that offer you a sample of 4 x 3 oz glasses of cider. We offer semi-dry or semi-sweet flights that change seasonally. In addition, we have cocktail & mocktail flights as well as soft cider (non-alcoholic) flights.

Vintage: 11.2% smooth bourbon barrel aged dry cider with boozy caramel apple flavour
Traditional: 6.5% crisp and semi-dry cider with the flavour apple blossoms
Gander’s Gooseberry: 6.5% refreshing semi-dry cider with hint of cucumber
Genji’s Goji Cider: 6.5% semi-sweet cider with goji berries and a hint of raspberry and ginger

Nanny’s Nicest Cider: 4.8% fresh apple pie flavour, long lasting toffee finish

Immerse yourself in rustic charm as you unwind in our cozy Barnyard Booths with the Enchanted Sipper. Taste the magic of our handcrafted cocktails and savour some tasty bites.
Reserve your magical moment for $25 per hour plus a minimum spend of $10 per person. (seating for 2-4 people). Enchanted Sipper to display cocktails is complimenary when you purchase 2 cocktails or 2 mocktails.
