Taves Estate Cidery welcomes you to come and enjoy a sip, or several, from our menu of delightful cocktails and spritely mocktails, and don’t forget to treat yourself to a heart-warming cuddle with our resident goats while you’re here!
Drop in anytime to try a cocktail, mocktail, or a tasting flight! We have barnyard booths, private rustic mini seating areas you can reserve ahead of time using the button below.
We also have an outdoor tented area for adults/pets as well as a family and pet-friendly picnic area. Both areas have heaters and tent walls for the cooler days.
Our tastings are available Friday to Sunday from 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Light, luscious, and refreshing — a delicate mix of Nanny’s Nicest Cider, guava, lime and grape juice, Wall flower hibiscus-infused gin, strawberry bitters, and a blush of grenadine.
Twilight Tranquility:
A dreamy, velvety indulgence of Ram’s Black Currant Cider, grape juice, Mia Amata, dark rum, , and a touch of demerara syrup.
Mystical Morning:
Floral, bright, and effervescent — Gander Gooseberry Cider blended with St-Germain, East Van Vodka, elderflower syrup, and a whisper of blue curaçao.
Golden Glade:
A glowing, sunlit sip of Billy’s Best Cider, Mango Juice, East Van vodka, Triple Sec, brightened with a splash of lime juice.

Twilight Tranquility:
Smooth & dreamy — soft cider and grape juice mingled with a hint of rum extract, sweetened with demerara syrup, and finished with tonic to make it bubbly.
Mystical Morning:
Bright & sparkling — soft cider kissed with elderflower syrup and a whisper of blue curaçao flavor, lifted with a splash of tonic create some floral fizz.
Golden Glade:
Sunny & uplifting — soft Cider meets mango juice and bright lime, rounded with a hint of vanilla syrup, and crowned with refreshing tonic
